Hey, guys! As a former swimmer, I’m used to my traps being tight at the slightest hint of stress. This isn’t a traditional yoga stretch, but it’s one I learned in the course of my yoga teaching. You can do this in a chair or standing, but I like to add it in my yoga classes while sitting in easy pose. Enjoy!
